Your self-service registration code must be obtained from your company’s Payroll or HR department. You can register at login.adp.com once you’ve received your registration code. If you are trying to access your pay statements or W2s online and have a registration code from your employer, please register as a new user at My.ADP.com. To protect your account, select security questions and enter security answers.

Getting Started

• They are the only ones that can reset your account.
• In case ADP suspects that you’ve broken a local, federal, or state law, it will suspend your account.
• If your employer has intentionally locked your account, that may not help.
• It may help to let them know that you are going to call the IRS next, if they won’t help you get your W-2 form.
• To retrieve your forgotten login, type your e-mail address and the text image displayed.

Before you begin, you’ll need your registration code (acme-abc1 or 9A7B632F), as well as the URL of your ADP service website. Log into login.adp.com if your employer has given you online access to your pay information. Forgotten password

Go to Forgot User ID or Password to retrieve your user ID or reset your password. If you are locked out of your account, please access this same site and click on Forgot Your Password. If you are still having trouble, please contact your current or former employer directly.

If you are an administrator, you will need to contact the organization’s administrator to solve this problem. If you do not remember the answers that you created when you registered, you will need to ask your Company Payroll or HR Contact to reset your password. You will still have access to ADP Self Service if you terminate your employment for three years after your separation date. To request any pay statements before January 2014, contact Scotts Payroll.
